| Most orders, with the exception of finished reeds, are shipped within 24 hours. If for some reason the item that you are ordering is not available for speedy delivery, I will let you know. As a professional oboe/English horn player, I know first-hand that when you order supplies, you need them soon. | Please include your name, address, phone number, and your complete credit card information along with your order. You may call or fax during regular business hours Monday-Friday. Or, you may also mail your order along with your check or complete credit card information.
